Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status.  Most orders ship within 24 working hours.  You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Orders for electronic publications will be available for immediate download after you complete the checkout process. Please follow the download link on your order confirmation email.  While the order may be free, checkout is still required in order to download the publication.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom of the page to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once the Bookstore staff has begun to process your order for shipping, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom of the page to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the carrier to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.  

Deliveries to apartments or condominiums are attempted by all of our carriers; however, if no one is available to accept it, the package may be dropped at the complex office.  Please check with your housing office if you are expecting a delivery.
An item is missing from my shipment.
