The phytoplasma pathogen ‘Candidatus Phytoplasma prunorum’ causes several important diseases of stone fruits in Europe, collectively referred to as European stone fruit yellows. The disease affects peaches, cherries, almonds, and European plums, often resulting in serious economic losses. This publication highlights the disease symptoms, how it spreads, and how to control it. (2 pp., 2 photos) Authors: Kevin Ong and Corrine Rhodes
