By keeping good financial records, ranch owners/operators can know if they are meeting key performance indicator targets. This publication outlines target levels and calculations for 13 KPIs based on analysis of herd data from sources including hundreds of herds in the Beef Cow-calf SPA and the authors research and experience working with individual ranch owners and managers.
