Pricing and Billing
No price is shown for the item I chose.
  Many electronic downloads are free of charge and no price is shown if they are free; however, you will still need to choose your downloads, add one copy of each to your cart and check out.  DO NOT choose a payment option on free orders.  The free downloads will be available as separate "Click here to download" links as soon as you complete the checkout process.  Click on the first one, view/print as desired, and USE YOUR BACK BUTTON TO RETURN to the next link.  Do not leave the download page until you have viewed/printed each document or your downloads may be delayed by the order processing system.  

If you combine free downloads with priced publications, your downloads will not be available until payment for the priced item is actually received in our office.  For immediate access, you can pay online with a credit card or feel free to separate your order into two orders - one for free downloads and one for priced publications if not paying with a credit card.
Why do I have to create an account for free downloads?
  While most of our electronic downloads are free, we still request some information from our customers in order to provide usage data to the authors and specialists for future planning and production.  Though electronic, these publications require the same amount of time for research, writing, editing and design as the print versions.  Example: if a publication is a high volume download, and the information could be updated to be more region specific (East Texas, South Texas, West Texas, etc.), with your input, we have hard data for making informed and efficient decisions regarding a new publication for a specific locale should the overall numbers warrant.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Please see the MY ACCOUNT section of the FAQ for instruction on submitting sales tax exemption certificates.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom of our site to review your orders.  If you have further questions or concerns, please call us at 979-985-5259 for assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt / invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the bottom of the page to print copies of invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Refunds usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).  Credit card refunds must route through the banking system of both the customer and Texas A&M AgriLife and may require up to 10 working days. Refunds of payments made by check will usually require additional customer information and time to route.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of submitting your order and prior to shipment of your item(s).
